Terms of Service

By accessing or using Joboscope (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Joboscope regarding your use of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

You may use Joboscope to:

• Browse and search tech job listings.
• Apply directly to companies via the links we provide.
• Use the ATS resume checker and resume builder for personal career purposes.
• Track your job applications in your personal tracker.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download job data without written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or database.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or paid feature gates.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam job listings via our submit form.

Joboscope aggregates job listings from third-party company career pages. We do not post, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing. Apply directly at the company's website and verify the role is still open before investing time in an application. Joboscope is not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer.

The ATS resume checker provides algorithmic scoring based on heuristic rules. Scores are indicative only — a high score does not guarantee an interview, and a low score does not mean your resume is bad. Results should be used as one input among many. We make no warranty that following our suggestions will result in employment.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@joboscope.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Starter and Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

All content, design, and code on Joboscope (excluding third-party job listings) is owned by Joboscope. Job listing content remains the property of the respective employers. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Joboscope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, missed job opportunities, or reliance on resume scores. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
