Finding a tech job in India shouldn't mean wading through recruiter spam, fake listings, and portals that sell your data. Joboscope pulls directly from company career pages — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby — so you apply directly, with no middlemen.
How it works
Our scrapers run every 6 hours against 500+ company career pages via Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby ATS integrations. Each job is deduplicated by source ID and enriched with skill tags. Job embeddings are generated with OpenAI's text-embedding model so our “Jobs For You” recommendations actually match your profile — not just keywords.
The resume checker
Our free ATS resume checker runs 50+ deterministic checks — format, sections, skills, content, and style — and scores your resume the way an ATS actually reads it. Your resume is never stored on our servers. The text is parsed in-memory, scored, and discarded. Paid features (AI rewrite, JD match) use Groq's LLMs but the same no-storage policy applies.
Who's behind this
Joboscope is an independent product built by developers in India, for developers in India. We're not backed by recruiters, staffing agencies, or job boards with conflicting incentives. Our only goal is to make applying to great tech companies as direct and friction-free as possible.
