Product Designer II

Razorpay is hiring for the role of Product Designer II! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Design our web and mobile products. • Experience data-driven design on a platform with millions of transactions from 50,000+ merchants onboard. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers and other designers throughout the design process from creating user flows and wireframes to building prototypes. • Take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for all our users. • Own the designs at every stage: research, prototyping, shipping and measuring the success with user behavioral analytics. • And, most importantly, brainstorm and create new directions that Razorpay can take in our quest to make payments easy and accessible to all. Requirements: • Obsession with user-centric designs and attention to detail. • Keen in applying user research, user needs validation, and usability evaluation. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions with the engineering teams. • A basic understanding of typography, grid-based systems, design frameworks, best UX patterns for mobile and web and responsive design principles. • A willingness to rapidly wireframe and prototype ideas, extend the style guide as required and define new and reusable UI components when needed.
