We are working with several big clients like Hero Honda, SMIC group , Studds, Jaquar etc Roles and Responsibilities: • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients. • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices. • Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance. • Document all technical procedures and user guides. • Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new solutions and improve existing ones. • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in IT support. • Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functioning correctly.
