Job Description Overview As a certified consultant, you bridge the gap between business requirements and SAP s cloud-based financial solutions. You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the Record-to-Report (R2R) process within a public cloud environment. Key Responsibilities • Implementation & Configuration: Design, build, and configure core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting using SAP Central Business Configuration. • Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Lead workshops to gather requirements and map them to SAP best practices, ensuring a "cloud mindset" that avoids unnecessary customizations. • Financial Operations: Manage master data, execute journal entries, handle accruals, and perform Period and Year-End closing activities. • Reporting & Analytics: Configure and generate financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow analysis using SAP Fiori and embedded analytics. • Data Migration: Execute data migration tasks using the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit to move legacy data into the cloud system. • Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other modules such as Sales (SD) and Procurement (MM) Required Skills & Qualifications • Certification: Valid SAP Certified Associate Implementation Consultant badge is often mandatory. • Methodology: Proficiency in SAP Activate, the agile methodology used for cloud deployments. • Education: Usually a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (e.g., B.Com, MBA, CA). • Experience: Employers often look for 1 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA or a background in traditional SAP FICO
