• Lead Conversion:
• Convert high-quality leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the value of services and education opportunities abroad.
• Lead Management:
• Generate, track, and manage leads through various platforms (online and offline), ensuring timely follow-ups and high engagement.
• Counselling:
• Provide one-on-one counselling to students and their families regarding courses, universities, career paths, and visa requirements.
• B2C Sales:
• Achieve enrolment targets through effective sales strategies, building trust and rapport with potential students.
• Communication:
• Deliver compelling presentations and conduct seminars/webinars at colleges, schools, and other educational institutions.
• Event Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute education fairs, university visits, workshops, and other outreach events to promote study abroad programs.
• Market Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems, visa processes, and university requirements for at least 1 2 key countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Documentation Support:
• Assist students with documentation, application submissions, and ensure compliance with university and visa guidelines.
• CRM & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and university relations teams to streamline the student onboarding journey.
Requirements
• Bachelor s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field).
• 1 3 years of experience in EdTech, study abroad consulting, or B2C sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to counsel, guide, and influence decision-making effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience with international admissions or working knowledge of study destinations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for events, seminars, and institutional visits.
Preferred Experience
• Background in overseas education consulting, admissions, or academic counselling.
• Familiarity with university application processes, including SOPs, LORs, and visa documentation.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Graduate.
