Executive - Value Establishment

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Value Establishment Executive! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Regular interaction with customers to understand support requirements at the customer end and escalate the same to the Area Business Manager / Zonal Service Manager for resolution. • Maintain track sheets/logbooks for MTBL and competitor vehicles to create a better database and plan immediate action for improvement. • Establish overall product performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance, tyre life, and uptime through customer testimonials. • Collect testimonials on fuel efficiency from customers after successful completion of FE trials for vehicles. • Track the number of pre- and post-trial customer signed-off copies per month. • Gather competitor data on performance, vehicle specifications, and new engineering developments through field feedback. • Ensure uptime monitoring and regularly share data with the Area Business Manager / Zonal Service Manager for improvement planning. • Travel along with the vehicle for specific trials. • Support dealers before commencing trials by ensuring proper vehicle check-up and upkeep.
