Responsibilities of the Candidate:
• Develop and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) focused on generating qualified leads.
• Optimise campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
• Implement retargeting strategies to nurture prospects. Drive organic traffic through SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
• Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, landing pages, and case studies aligned with lead-gen goals. Manage and optimise website UX/UI for conversions.
• Create high-converting landing pages integrated with CRM and marketing automation tools. Implement and manage email marketing workflows for lead nurturing.
• Ensure seamless integration between digital campaigns and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management review. Manage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for brand visibility and engagement
• Develop thought leadership content to position Mahindra Powerol as an industry leader
Requirements:
• Number of qualified leads generated per month/quarter.
• Cost per Lead (CPL) vs. target.
• ROI on paid campaigns.
• Click-through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR) for ads and landing pages.
• Increase in organic traffic and keyword rankings.
