Deputy General Manager - RE

NGEL (NTPC Green Energy Limited) is hiring for the role of Deputy General Manager RE! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Lead and manage renewable energy (Solar/Wind/BESS) projects and operations • Oversee project execution, maintenance, and performance optimization • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery and compliance • Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards • Drive strategic initiatives in renewable energy development • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency • Provide leadership and mentorship to teams Requirements: • Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Civil, etc.) with a minimum 60% • Preference for candidates with RE developer company experience
