Transport Operations Executive

Roles Responsible for managing end-to-end employee transportation operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, compliant, and timely transport services across shifts. The role involves vendor management, route optimization, compliance, MIS reporting, and continuous improvement of transport operations Responsibilities: • Must be into hard core transport operations • Any Transport Software and Mobile Application knowledge. (Preferred Routematic) • Knowledge on OTA, OTD, KPI, CPH, CPD, MIS Reporting, Vendor Management, soft skills • Understanding on budget concepts • Must have decent communication in English. Requirements: • Gradutates (10+2+3) mandatory • Must be fluent in regional language • Bangalore: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts • Indore: Must be flexible to work in US Shifts (6 PM onwards)
