Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable apparel products. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Promote ongoing offers and add-on sales. • Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards. • Ensure proper folding, stacking, tagging, and section maintenance. • Handle billing support and coordinate with cashier when required. • Maintain stock availability and inform the Store Manager about stock issues. • Follow grooming standards and maintain professional appearance. • Support in stock counts, audits, and store housekeeping activities. • Handle customer queries and complaints politely. • Follow company policies, attendance discipline, and operational procedures.
