Roles & Responsibility - • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to real estate projects • Explain property details including location, pricing, features, and offers • Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable properties • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team • Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients • Update and manage customer data in CRM systems • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions Key Skills Required: • Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong convincing and negotiation ability • Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred) • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure • Good organizational and time management skills
