About the Role • Inbox Matters Digital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Servicing Executive who can effectively manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and drive client growth through digital marketing solutions. • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Understand client requirements and provide effective digital marketing solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and timely delivery. • Handle client meetings, presentations, and performance discussions professionally. • Generate and convert new business opportunities and maintain client satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign performance. • Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to clients. • Ensure proper communication and follow-ups with clients on ongoing projects. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization. • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. • Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or digital marketing.
