Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Review documents and transcribe them in tools. • Attend all required trainings. • Attend QA meetings. • Participate in wellness activities. Requirements: • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills • Should have basic knowledge of document validation and quality analysis. • Should have an eye for easily spotting errors with high level of accuracy • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong attention to detail • Strong Time Management skills • Ability to identify discrepancies. • Good Interpersonal & People skills with a good problem-solving approach. • Should have Client Centric Mindset • Any experience in quality analysis or document validation is an added benefit
