As a Layou Design engineer, you will be working for in ensive applica ions such as ar ificial in elligence and high performance compu ing solu ion, High Bandwid h Memory. As a Layou Design Engineer you will be collabora ing wi h peer eams crossing Micron global foo prin , in a mul iple projec s-based environmen . nRole and Responsibili ies n n  n•        Responsible for Design and developmen of cri ical analog, mixed-signal, cus om digi al block   and full chip level in egra ion suppor . n•        Highly mo iva ed wi h passion, de ail orien ed, sys ema ic and me hodical approach in IC layou design n•        Perform layou verifica ion like LVS/DRC/An enna, quali y check and documen a ion. n•        Responsible for on- ime delivery of block-level layou s wi h accep able quali y. n•        Demons ra e leadership Skill in planning, area/ ime es ima ion, scheduling, delega ion and execu ion o mee projec schedule/miles ones in mul iple projec environmen . n•        Guide junior eam-members in heir execu ion of Sub block-level layou s & review heir work n•        Con ribu e o effec ive projec -managemen . n•        Effec ively communica ing wi h Global engineering eams o assure he success of layou projec . n nQualifica ion/Requiremen s n n•        6 o 9 years' experience in Memory /cus om layou design in advanced CMOS process, in various echnology nodes (Planar, FinFET ) n•        Exper ise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Men or Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS is a mus . n•        Should have hands on experience in crea ing layou of cri ical blocks such as Tempera ure sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Genera ors, Charge Pump, Curren Mirrors, Compara or, Differen ial Amplifier e c., n•        Good unders anding of Analog Layou fundamen als (e.cg., Ma ching, Elec ro-migra ion, La ch-up, coupling, cross alk, IR-drop, ac ive and passive s a ic device parasi ics e c.) n•        Unders anding layou effec s on he circui such as speed, capaci ance, power and area e c. n•        Abili y o unders and design cons rain s and implemen high-quali y layou s n•        Abili y o unders and design hierarchy and differen archi ec ures  for Memory designs. n•        Excellen problem-solving skills in physical verifica ion of cus om layou . n•        Mul iple Tape ou suppor experience will be an added advan age. n•        Excellen verbal and wri en communica ion skills. n nEduca ion n  nBE or MTech in Elec ronic/VLSI Engineering n nAll qualified applican s will receive considera ion for employmen wi hou regard o race, color, religion, sex, sexual orien a ion, gender iden i y, na ional origin, ve eran or disabili y s a us. n n nAbou Micron Technology, Inc. nWe are an indus ry leader in innova ive memory and s orage solu ions ransforming how he world uses informa ion o enrich life for all.
