Job Role • End to End / 360 recruitment ( IT Domain) Managing end to end IT Recruitment for Client/Internal to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. • As a Recruiter, handling the entire Recruitment Life Cycle- for all IT requirements right from working on job portals, screening profiles, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates. • Screening, short listing, selecting, Scheduling, On boarding handling the entire gamut of recruitment. • Sourcing through various job boards, through references as per the requirement specifications. • Screening and sourcing the candidate' profiles as per the client / Internal requirements • Shortlisting and ng the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
