BA Associate Consultant

NTT Data is hiring for the role of BA Associate Consultant! Responsibilities of the Candidates: • Structure and analyze business problems across manufacturing operations (planning, scheduling, execution) • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications • Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and solution design • Drive requirement clarity and solution feasibility, balancing business needs with technical constraints • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and scalable implementation • Participate in solution design discussions involving ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and integration layers • Support configuration and validation of solution logic, including prioritization, constraints, and workflows • Lead UAT and validation cycles, ensuring outputs align with expected business outcomes • Identify opportunities for productization by recognizing repeatable patterns across customer use cases Requirements: • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High confidence in client-facing environments • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to interpret business requirements into system/solution design • Basic understanding of: • ERP systems (SAP preferred) • System integrations / APIs (good to have) • Manufacturing or operations processes (preferred)
