Roles and Responsibilities: • Oversee the end-to-end execution of health tech programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define program requirements and deliverables. • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Facilitate communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners. • Drive program initiatives from ideation through to successful implementation and evaluation. • Analyze program data to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics. • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards. • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and deliver high-quality health tech solutions. • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of future health tech initiatives. Requirements: This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies. Prior experience in managing projects or programs within the health tech or healthcare sector is highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
