Razorpay is hiring for the role Mid Market Accounts Associate! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Customer Management - Based on the customer profile, conduct merchant conversations to get feedback, understand pain points, areas where they need support. Focus on Product understanding and adoption as key growth drivers. • Data & Analytics - Track Key customer Metrics (Product adoption and Usage, Revenue etc) to understand the customer profile. • Maximizing Sales Opportunities - Special focus on retention & identification of opportunities for upselling & cross-selling. This team will own targets on key growth metrics. • Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with other cross-functional teams (sales, product, Ops & marketing) as and when required Requirements: • 2-4 years experience in Sales and/or Business Development • Product focussed sales aptitude/experience • Strong business acumen and result oriented approach • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-standing relationships with clients • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data and metrics. • Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry would be a plus • Must have experience in B2B Sales • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment. • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
