Deal Sourcing Specialist (Debt Syndication)

Company Size Startup / Small Enterprise Working Days 6 days/week Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a highly driven Deal Sourcing Specialist for our Debt Syndication vertical. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, source, and onboard debt funding opportunities from startups, MSMEs, and SMEs. The candidate will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline of quality deals for various debt products. Key Responsibilities: • Source and originate debt funding opportunities from startups, MSMEs, and SMEs • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients seeking debt financing • Identify funding requirements and align them with suitable debt instruments • Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal handover post sourcing • Develop relationships with founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers • Ensure consistent deal flow with ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5+ Crores • Stay updated with market trends, lending products, and industry developments
