CRM Lead Associate

Myntra is hiring for the role of CRM Lead Associate! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Develop and implement CRM & Perf solutions to enhance customer interactions and drive business success in the hyperlocal demand domain. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize CRM processes. • Manage customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information that enables personalized marketing campaigns and targeted customer engagement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements, prioritize initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of CRM strategies. • Utilize CRM tools and technologies to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance the overall customer experience for hyperlocal demand services. • Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices, data management, and system usage to ensure consistent and effective implementation across the organization. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM & perf technology to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition in the hyperlocal demand sector.
