Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst with 1 2 years of experience to support client onboarding, operational execution, reporting, and account coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities • Manage client documentation, trackers, timelines, and operational workflows • Serve as a point of contact for operational queries and client coordination • Support account management activities to ensure smooth ongoing engagement • Generate utilization reports, engagement dashboards, and client-ready summaries • Analyze user engagement trends, participation data, and operational metrics • Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports for clients • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across operational processes • Coordinate with internal teams, experts, and external partners/vendors • Monitor operational efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities • Maintain operational SOPs, trackers, and documentation • Resolve client and user operational queries within defined timelines Requirements • 1 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and process orientation • Experience with dashboards, operational reporting, and client coordination is preferred
