Telecaller

Job Overview: • As a Telecaller at Weldon Fincap Private Limited (HindSe), you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in MS-Excel, Hindi proficiency (spoken), and English proficiency (written) while engaging with potential customers • Your role will involve making outbound calls to prospects, providing information about our financial products and services Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to clients to collect feedback on services and overall experience • Provide a warm and professional welcome call to new clients • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Excel sheets • Capture feedback, complaints, and suggestions, and escalate when required • Generate daily/weekly reports of calls and feedback collected Other Requirements: • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language) • Basic knowledge of MS Excel • Customer-focused approach with a polite and professional attitude • Ability to handle calls efficiently and maintain data accuracy • Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred • 12th & above completed Join Us: • If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and a strong proficiency in MS-Excel, then this role is perfect for you • Join our dynamic team at Weldon Fincap Private Limited (HindSe) and take your career to new heights!
