Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell laser machines and cutting plotters. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new customers for laser machines and cutting plotters • Handle enquiries and convert them into sales • Visit clients, give product demonstrations, and explain machine features • Prepare and submit quotations and follow up for orders • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers • Coordinate with the service team for installation and support • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets • Collect market information and competitor analysis Requirements: • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field • 1 3 years of experience in industrial machine sales (preferred) • Good communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel locally • Basic knowledge of laser technology / CNC machines is an advantage Skills Required: • Sales and marketing skills • Technical understanding of machines • Customer handling ability • Problem-solving attitude Salary & Benefits: • Attractive salary + Incentives • Travel allowance • Mobile reimbursement
