Accounts Receivable Executive

• We re hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive to join a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm in Satellite, Ahmedabad. • If you re someone who stays on top of numbers, follows up confidently, and ensures payments don t get delayed this role is for you. What You ll Get: • Hands-on exposure to Xero, QuickBooks, Odoo, MS Excel • Work in a stable firm (operating since 1983) • Clear processes and structured workflow (no chaos) • End-to-end exposure to Accounts Receivable • Health insurance + performance bonus • Paid leaves + public holidays What You ll Be Doing: • Invoicing & Billing • Generate accurate invoices on time • Verify billing details before sending to clients • Ensure compliance with accounting standards • Collections & Follow-Ups • Track outstanding payments regularly • Follow up with clients via calls and emails • Maintain a structured follow-up system (no missed dues) • Reconciliation & Posting • Reconcile receivables and maintain clean ledgers • Ensure all payments are recorded correctly • Resolve discrepancies and billing issues • Reporting • Prepare AR ageing reports • Maintain accurate transaction records • Support month-end closing You ll Be a Great Fit If You: • Have 1 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounting • Are comfortable with Xero / QuickBooks / Odoo / Excel • Are strong in follow-ups (firm but professional) • Have high attention to detail • Can manage multiple clients and deadlines
