• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email

• Own tickets end-to-end and close them quickly
• Coordinate with internal teams for fast resolution
Requirements
• Graduation NOT mandatory
• 0-1 year experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
• Fluent English + Hindi required
• Comfortable with voice + chat support
• Basic computer skills (typing, Google Sheets, CRM)
• Based in Mumbai (preferably near Charni Road)
