Key Responsibilities • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, etc. • Own tickets end-to-end and close them quickly • Coordinate with internal teams for fast resolution Requirements • Graduation NOT mandatory • 0-1 year experience (freshers with good communication can apply) • Fluent English + Hindi required • Comfortable with voice + chat support • Basic computer skills (typing, Google Sheets, CRM) • Based in Mumbai (preferably near Charni Road) What We re Looking For: • Fast, proactive, and responsible • Can handle pressure and difficult customers • Not looking for a relaxed job. • Immediate Opening
