Content Specialist

Google is hiring for the role of Content Specialist! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Review potentially violative and controversial video content (may include graphic or violent content) in line with YouTube s Community Guidelines. • Enforce YouTube s content policies and ensure high quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust and Safety organization. • Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis. • Provide insights from content review that drives future Policy and Enforcement Operations improvements. Requirements: • Experience with SQL and spreadsheets along with excellent investigative skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action. • Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. Identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, cyber crime, etc. • Excellent business judgment, combined with influencing and communication, time management and organization skills along with attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the passion to learn.
