Responsibilities of the Candidate:
• The GCB-6 Business Analyst supports transformation initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in the delivery of change outcomes.
• The role ensures that projects are clearly articulated, accurately documented, and effectively implemented to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Conduct detailed business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation. Extend strategic support to project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and refine processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Take measures to contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations. Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT), prepare test cases, and support defect resolution.
• Devise delivery strategy with changing adoption activities such as training materials, communications, and readiness assessments.
• Prepare high-quality documentation including BRDs, process flows, impact assessments, and status updates.
• Most importantly the candidate needs to build Reconciliation in DUCO and TLM
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge on Reconciliation using tools like DUCO and TLM
• Handson experience on DUCO and TLM
• Foundational understanding of transformation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Familiarity with banking processes such as operational workflows, customer onboarding, lending, payments, or compliance.
• Basic working knowledge of risk and controls in a regulated financial environment. Competency with business analysis tools (Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI preferred).
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when presenting findings or resolving issues.
