Senior Executive

Gril is hiring for the role of Senior Executive! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Role Purpose: • The incumbent of this role is accountable for the completion of the allocated tasks or activities by the seniors. • The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth completion of the task/activity assigned within the best quality and set timelines for execution, along with supervising the technical work and taking proper measures to ensure zero breakdown. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the assigned work and ensure zero breakdown while upholding the policies and practices of the organization. • Enable and support third party vendors to work on the implementation of projects, as and when required for assigned activities. • Aid in ensuring the progress of IT assignment according to the implementation plan. • Maintain IT logs for equipment and maintenance. • Ensure that the technical issues get resolved within timelines. • Manage the IT helpdesk. • Review with the Vertical Leads and look for the most appropriate solutions to the prevailing concerns as per the implementation cycle. • Provide support to IT team on projects for any IT related issue. • Support all SAP and data related activities. • Ensure that all information is appropriately documented and secured through right reporting mechanisms. Requirements: Indicative Experience and Exposure: • Diploma in IT/ Electrical/ Computer Sciences with 1-5 years experience in handling IT Function in a construction project.or • BE/B.Tech with 1-4 years' experience in handling IT Function in a construction project.
